Our assistant will take your insurance information and call them for you. In most cases the areas that we help are considered a preventive care service and would require little or no out of pocket costs. If your insurance company does not cover our services you will be notified of that prior to your visit to give you ample time to reconsider your visit.

Every person’s level of need differs. There is no set schedule for making appointments and they are on an as needed basis decided on by you and your provider.

Yes of course. We schedule you with who we believe is a good fit for you. However, the most important thing is having a connection with your provider and building a good working relationship.
