How it Works

Our Registered Dietitians teach patients how to eat and what to eat to reach your personal goals.

Personalized Screening

We screen each new patient to find out what they are seeking our help for, assign them to the provider that would best help them to achieve their goal and monitor their progress step by step to the finish line.

One-to-One Appointments

We provide one-to-one appointments giving you personal service and attention.

Customized Plans

We customize your plan to your needs and coach you through your journey.

Our Providers

All of our dietitians are Registered Dietitians (RD) which means they have taken and successfully passed the AP-4 internship program and successfully passed the state licensing RD Exam. There is no state mandate preventing people from practicing as a nutritionist. However, being an RD allows for insurance reimbursement so our visits are often covered by your insurance company. All of our dietitians have areas of strengths that differ from one another. We try to match you with the provider that we think will best suit your needs and help you reach your goals.

What People Say

I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle Geiger initially to get help with a diet to manage several flare-ups of Diverticulitis. During my first visit, Danielle explained the process of adjusting my diet to allow my digestive system to heal.  Her program was simple and within the prescribed time I quickly felt better. Building on this success, Danielle put me on a weight loss program. Danielle explained the premise of the program, outlined my daily meal and snack structure, and instituted a daily tracking log. I exceeded my weight loss goal on schedule and I’m reaping all the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. The key to success was Danielle’s realistic and achievable approach to weight loss. During our frequent meetings and/or touchpoints she would evaluate progress and make subtle adjustments as needed. Since meeting my weight loss goal, I have been able to maintain a steady weight and feel great.

I have been dieting on and off for almost my entire 54 years of life. It has been one fad diet after another. I have never found the answer. Oh,
yes, I’ve lost weight on every diet, but always gained it back and then some. What I needed was a change of life and not a diet. I came to your practice and started working with Nicole at the end of July. It has been a pleasure meeting with a person who guides me and gives me a formula for success. I appreciate the help and I feel free from judgment. Thank you for showing me that there is another way to tackle this weight issue. I know I will do this!!!
